We are the Organized NATCA Employees Union.

Belonging to a union is about much more than having a voice on the job. Workers who belong to unions see positive differences in their paychecks, benefits, job safety and retirement security. It’s called the “union difference,” and it’s about being shown the respect and dignity you deserve for everything you do for your community.

When working people come together to form a union, we have a voice on the job, a seat at the table and the ability to negotiate directly with our boss to make our lives better. That’s the union difference.

It’s why union members earn 19.4% more than nonunion workers.

And it’s why 96% of union members have access to health care, compared to 69% of nonunion workers. Union members also are more likely to have access to supplemental benefits, like prescription and vision.

Union fever is taking hold in America, as more people support unions now than they have in more than 50 years. Workers across the country in all sectors are taking big risks to organize unions, despite huge barriers and intimidation tactics from their employers.
